Tanni Talks Tech : Introduction
1 Min, 26 Sec · By Tanni
My name is Tannistha, but feel free to call me Tanni. Some of you may know about my enthusiasm for journaling and have seen my journaling videos. However, did you know that I have been working in the automotive industry in Germany for over ten years? That's right! I arrived as a young woman in my early twenties to pursue my master's degree in electrical power engineering at RWTH Aachen University. Shortly after graduating, I began my career at a Tier 1 supplier. I started as a hardware simulation engineer and gradually advanced to a senior project manager. Throughout the years, I got married, became a mother, took childcare leave, and returned to work again. My journey has had its share of challenges and triumphs, but it has been a significant learning experience. I am passionate about discussing work-life balance and finding ways to alleviate stress while managing both home and work responsibilities. I also enjoy mentoring women who aspire to have careers in the tech field. In this podcast, I aim to share snippets of my journey, the lessons I continue to learn, personal anecdotes, and much more.
